摘要
以非均相固体碱为催化剂,以月桂酸甲酯和1,2-O-异亚丙基甘油(简称保护甘油)为原料制备单甘油月桂酸酯,最佳反应条件为:原料比(月桂酸甲酯∶保护甘油,物质的量比)为1∶2.5,反应时间7 h,最佳反应温度为160℃,催化剂用量8%(占月桂酸甲酯质量百分比),在最佳条件下,取得了94.1%的产率.
Catalyzed by inhomogeneous solid alkali, glycerol monostearate with high purity is synthesized by methyl stearate and protected glycerol. The optimum reaction condition are methyl stearate/proteeted glycerol molar ratio 1:2.5, reaction time 7 h, temperature 160 ℃ and catalyst/methyl stearate (m/m) 8%. Under the optimal conditions, the yield is up to 94.1%.
