内蒙古不同地区林木土壤细菌多样性研究

摘要 从内蒙古呼和浩特市土默特左旗、锡林郭勒盟多伦县、白旗、赤峰市敖汉旗等12个地区不同林木根围收集土样分离得到32个细菌菌株,利用16SrDNA区域序列分析并结合形态学和生理生化特性对这些菌株进行了分类学研究,探讨了内蒙古土壤细菌物种多样性及其分布。共鉴定出4属15种,29个菌株,分属于Bacillus、Xanthomonas、Serratia和Pseudomonas 4个属。 Abstract :32 bacterial strains have been isolated from the soil samples collected in different forest trees from 12 dis- tricts, such as Tumote Zuoqi in Hohhot, Duolun County and Bai Qi in Xilinguole League, Aohan Qi in Chifeng and so on. The taxonomic studies have been done by use of 16SrDNA domain sequence analysis combined with morpho- logical and physiological and biochemical characteristics. The species diversity of soil bacteria and their distribution have been discussed in Inner Mongolia. There are 4 genus, 5 species and 29 strains have been identified, belong- ing to Bacillus, Xanthomonas, Serratia and Pseudomonas.
