内蒙古达茂旗牧区牛乳中乳酸菌对氧氟沙星的耐药性分析 被引量:3

ANALYSIS OF OFLOXACIN RESISTANCE OF LACTIC ACID BACTERIA ISOLATED FROM COW MILK OF DAMAO BANNER IN INNER MONGOLIA

摘要 本研究以内蒙古达茂旗牧区牛乳中分离的35株乳酸菌为研究对象,采用纸片扩散法对氧氟沙星进行耐药测定结果显示,27株供试乳酸菌呈现耐药性,耐药率达77.14%,其中14株球菌有8株耐药,耐药率为57.14%;21株杆菌有19株耐药,耐药率为90.48%,杆菌的耐药率高于球菌。 The 35 strains of lactic acid bacteria, isolated from cow milk of Damao Banner in Inner Mongolia, were determined to ofloxacin resistance, by the disk diffusion methods. The 27 strains show strong drug resistance, the drug resistance rate reached 77. 14%. 8 strains of Lactococci and 19 strains of Lactobcilli show the drug resistance, and their drug resistance rates are 57.14% and 90.48%, respectively. Lactobeilli is higher than the resistance of Lactoeocci.
