摘要
使用砷钼酸比色法,以葡萄糖为标准品,在波长560nm处测吸光度值求得粗多糖含量。葡萄糖含量在0.02mg-0.10mg范围内与吸光度值呈线性关系,回归方程Y=5.845X-0.072 1,相关系数r=0.999 3,平均回收率为96.42%,相对标准差RSD=1.565%(n=5)。砷钼酸比色法方法易于操作,反应产物稳定,测试结果准确度高、重现性好,是测定保健酒及其它保健食品中粗多糖含量的理想方法。
By using the arsenomolybdate colofimetric method, with the glucose as a standard, the content of crude polysaccharides was obtained by measuring the absorbance at wavelength of 560 nm, In the range of 0.02mg - 0.10rag, the content of crude polysac- charides shows a linear relationship with its absorbance values. The fitted equation is Y = 5. 845X -0. 072 1, with a correlation coefficient r = 0.999 3 and an average recovery rate is 96.42% and the relative standard deviation RSD = 1. 565% ( n = 5). This approach has advantages such as: easily handling, the product is stable, higllly precise, good reproducibility, so it can be an ideal method to measure the crude polysaccharides in the health wine and other health foods.
