摘要
建立复方珍珠暗疮片中大黄所含5种蒽醌苷元的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱条件为XBP-C18柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为226nm。结果:在一定质量范围内,5种蒽醌苷元的进样量与峰面积积分值线性关系良好;5种蒽醌苷元的平均回收率(n=6)分别为95.89%、96.11%、99.21%、98.38%、96.12%,RSD分别为1.92%、1.59%、1.02%、1.13%、2.18%。结论:该法简便、快速、准确可靠、专属性强,可用于复方珍珠暗疮片的质量控制。
Objective:To determine Radix et Rhizoma Rhici in Fufangzhuenzhuanchuang tablets (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei ). Meth- ods : HPLC was used to simultaneously determine the content of paeonol and paeoniflorin. The method was condncted on Agela Ve nusil XBP-C18 (4.6mm×250mm, 5μm) of acetonitrile and 0.1 % phosphoric acid with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0mL · min -1 and the detection wavelength was 226nm. Results:The linear ranges of aloe--emodin, rhein, emodin, chrysophanol and phy scione were 0. 040~0. 800, 0. 080~1. 600, 0. 040~0. 800, 0. 040~0. 800, 0. 020~0. 400μg respectively, The average recoveries (n=6) 95.89 %0 (RSD=1. 92 %), 96.11 % (RSD=1. 59 %), 99.21 % (RSD=I.02 %), 98.38% (RSD=1. 13 0%), 96.12 (RSD= 2.18% ), respectively. Conclusion:The method is rapid, simple and accurate, it has a good specificity and it can be suitable for the determination of twelve active components in Fufangzhuenzhuanchuang tablets simultaneously.
