Key Control Points in Treatment of Landfill Leachate Using MBR

摘要 成都市垃圾渗滤液处理厂在渗滤液处理方面积累了一定的运营经验。通过日常运行发现,少雨期易出现低COD值水质,多雨期易出现高COD值水质;在处理高COD值水质时,应将氨氮指标作为工艺控制的重点,溶解氧维持在1.4~2.4mg/L为宜;在处理低C/N值水质时,NO3-N、NOr—N作为工艺控制的重点,溶解氧维持在1.5mg/L左右为宜;葡萄糖由于安全且较易被微生物利用,可作为碳源投加的选择,投加葡萄糖时C/N值最优可达5.2。 Chengdu landfill leachate treatment plant has accumulated certain operation experience in leachate treatment. Through daily operation, it was found that low COD leachate frequently occurred in dry period, and high COD leachate frequently occurred in rainy period. In the treatment of high COD leaehate, ammonia nitrogen should be considered as a key process control parameter, and dissolved oxy- gen should be maintained at between 1.4 mg/L and 2.4 mg/L. In the treatment of low C/N leachate, NO3 -N and NO2- -N should be considered as key process control parameters, and dissolved oxygen should be maintained at about 1.5 mg/L. Because of its safety and ability to be used by microorganisms, glucose could be used as carbon source to be added. The optimal C/N was 5.2 when adding glucose.
