摘要
原轴承清洗机由于喷头数量和压力不足,造成轴承零件清洁度达不到要求。针对该问题,对该清洗机结构进行了改进,更换了大功率高速电机,增加了喷头数量和压力,使清洗后的轴承零件清洁度达到了要求。
The number of nozzles and pressure of the original cleaning machine are insufficient which may cause the bearing parts cleanness not up to the requirements.To improve structure of the washing machine, replace large power and high speed motor and increase the number of nozzles and pressuremake bearing parts cleanness up to the requirements.
