开胸术后疼痛综合征的发生机制与治疗方法 被引量：10

摘要 开胸术后疼痛是指开胸手术后手术切口已愈合而切口部位疼痛症状持续存在2个月以上或反复发作，此种疼痛是外科手术后最为严重的疼痛问题，其特殊性在于能导致各种严重的并发症，还可能发展成为开胸术后疼痛综合征（post-thoracotomy pain syndrome，PTPS），该征又称开胸术后慢性疼痛（chronic post-thoracotomy pain，CPP）。
