摘要
针对汽车汽缸体的低压铸造技术,分析了汽车汽缸体的基本铸造方案,对缸体采用阶梯形状的浇注形式,确定了金属型的涂料和温度控制参数,最后对铸件可能出现的缺陷进行分析解决,进一步说明了低压铸造技术在汽缸体铸造加工的可行性和优越性。
Aimed at the low-pressure casting technique for automotive cylinder block, the basic casting process scheme for automobile cylinder block was analyzed, the control parameters of permanent coatings and temperature were determined, that the casting defects could appear in castings was analyzed. Feasibility and superiority of tile low-pressure casting technology in production of cylinder block castings were further illustrated.
