摘要
介绍了一种面向铣削特征的刀具轨迹生成方法。用户在特征库的支持下首先对所要加工的零件进行特征描述,形成零件的描述文件,然后系统根据描述的特征信息自动生成面向加工中心的加工工艺和数控源代码,生成铣削加工的刀具轨迹,最后利用功能强大的仿真模块对生成的数控代码进行仿真检验,实时显示刀具中心位置,切削用量等参数,若发现数控代码有误,可及时方便地进行修改。
A system of tool path generation for milling features(TPGMF) is presented in this paper.The parts to be machined are described by the user supported by the feature base and the description file is produced.Then,based on the described data,the system automatically generates the machining center- oriented machining procedures and the NC source codes,thus obtaining the tool path.In the end,the simulation inspection of the generated source codes can be made with the help of the powerful simulation subsystem,and the tool center position and cutting output can be displayed at real time.If there are any errors arising,the source codes can be modified timely and conveniently.
