摘要
采用溶胶凝胶方法制得前驱体并掺杂稀土铈离子,借助于水热合成手段经高温焙烧得到介孔吸附剂材料。在焙烧的过程中偶联剂中含有大量的有机基团会分解燃烧,产生大量的热量和气体,使得制备的材料具有均匀的孔径。该文研究了材料的吸附过程受吸附时间、溶液酸度、溶液组成等因素的影响。结果表明材料对水中的F-有很好的选择性,在高氟水中除氟效果更加优异,对含氟量1.20和3.00 mg/L水样进行吸附,其除氟率分别达到37.5%和66.0%。
With the precursors obtained by sol-gel method and hydrothermal technologies after high temperature calcinations, the final meso-porous adsorbent was obtained. The coupling reagents containing many organic groups release a lot of heat and gas by combustion leading to produce a homogenous porous absorbent during thermolysis process. Adsorption process of adsorbent is affected by reaction time, pH value and ionic components of solution. Removal rates of F- are 37.5 % and 66 % when F- concentrations are 1.2 and 3.0 mg/L using synthetic material.
