摘要
采用破乳电压法,分析了配制钻井液过程中影响体系稳定性的因素。结果表明,高强度的搅拌和合理的加料方式有利于提高乳状液稳定性。白油基钻井液比柴油基钻井液具有更高的稳定性,内相中的CaCl2和NaCl能提高体系稳定性。乳化剂的选择是提高乳状液稳定性的关键,应优先选择复配型乳化剂,并综合考虑其HLB值、分子结构以及分子特性。随油量的减少,乳状液的稳定性下降。有机土等处理剂的加入则能有效提高体系稳定性。
The breaking voltage method has been adopted to analyse the factors which affect the stability of system in the process of preparation drilling fluid. The results show that high intensity of stirring and rea- sonable way of charging benefit improving the stability of the emulsion. White oil based drilling fluid is more stable than diesel oil based drilling fluid,CaC12 and NaC1 in the internal phase can improve stability of the system. The choice of emulsifier is the key to improving stability of emulsion, the mixed emulsifier is preferred,and its HLB value, molecular structure and molecular features should also be taken into ac- count. With the decreasing of oil, the stability of emulsion oil declines. The addition of some treating agent such as organic soil can increase stability of the system effectively.
