摘要
以拟穴青蟹酚氧化酶原(SP-proPO)基因作为研究对象,通过金黄色葡萄球菌和哈维氏弧菌免疫刺激后表达模式的分析,来探索SP-proPO基因在防御细菌入侵过程中的先天免疫作用。结果表明,SP-proPO基因在正常拟穴青蟹的血细胞中存在较高的表达量;而且在细菌刺激的情况下,SP-proPO基因的表达量存在较为明显的上升,哈维氏弧菌刺激12 h后,血细胞中SPproPO基因的表达量提高了近4倍;金黄色葡萄球菌刺激2 h后,血细胞中SP-proPO基因的表达量提高了近2.5倍。
Using SP-proPO gene as the research object, after Staphyloccocus aureus and Vibrio harveyi respective immunity challenges, the prophenoloxidase gene's expression profiles were studied to explore the innate immunity function in defending bacteria infection. Results showed that SP-proPO gene possessed high expression level in normal Scylla paramamosain hemocytes. Under the condition of bacteria challenges, SP-proPO gene's expression level performed obvious up-regulation, there was an approximate 4 times up-regulation in hemocytes after V. harveyi challenged 12 h, and there was also an approximate 2.5 times up-regulation in hemocytes after S. aureus challenged 2 h.
