摘要
针对综合利用磷矿浮选后剩余大量高镁低磷尾矿问题,研究了该尾矿作为制取氢氧化镁的原料而对其物理、化学性质进行实验。结果表明:w(MgCO3)=21.1%,w(CaCO3)=67.7%的尾矿受热分解,碳酸盐在高温下释放二氧化碳转变为氧化物,热分解时间随着温度升高越来越短,到850℃以后分解时间在30 min左右。根据钙盐和镁盐的热分解条件不同,可以控制不同的分解条件使高镁低磷尾矿选择性地分解,分离钙镁并最终制出氢氧化镁。
For the comprehensive utilization of the large amount high-magnesium low-phosphorus tailings left after phosphorite flotation,the tailings as raw material for production of magnesium hydroxide are studied,and experiment is conducted for its physical and chemical properties. The results indicate that,tailings w( MgCO 3) =21. 1%,w( CaCO 3) =67.7% is decomposed when heated,and at high temperature,the carbonate will release CO2 and convert to oxides. The thermal decomposition time shortens with the rise of temperature,and beyond 850 ℃,the decomposition time is about 30 min. Based on different thermal decomposition conditions for calcium salt and magnesium salt,different decomposition conditions can be controlled such that high-magnesium and low-phosphorus tailings can be selectively decomposed to separate the calcium and magnesium so as to product magnesium hydroxide.
