摘要
以公共课程改革为研究背景,以西部高等职业院校高等数学教师素质为研究对象,指出了当前西部高等职业院校公共课教师应具备的素质,并分析了公共课教师的素质现状及素质欠佳的主要原因,且提出了相应的解决措施。
Taking general course reform as the research background,and the advanced mathematics teachers＇ quality in higher vocational colleges in the west as the research object,the paper pointed out the quality which the common course teachers in current vocational colleges in west should have,and analyzed the common course teachers＇ quality status and the main causes of poor quality,and proposed the corresponding solution measures.
