摘要
针对煤矿井下施钻过程中产生高浓度瓦斯和粉尘,影响矿井安全生产的问题,根据粉尘、瓦斯、水的物理性质,提出气水渣自动分离的方法,并设计加工出气水渣分离一体化装置。通过现场对比试验,测试了气水渣分离一体化装置的使用效果,结果表明:该装置能有效降低工作面瓦斯和粉尘浓度。
High-concentration gas and dust generated in drilling operation in the coal mine will influence the safe production of the mine. In this paper, a method for gas-water-slag automatic separation was proposed and an integrated device of gas-water -slag separation was designed and manufactured according to the physical properties of dust, gas and water. Field test was made on the application effect of the integrated device of gas-water-slag separation, and the test results showed that this device can effectively reduce the gas and dust concentration in th working face.
