摘要
NaI(Tl)闪烁γ谱仪的稳定性易受环境温度的影响而造成测量能谱的漂移,导致能谱解析的困难和强度测量的误差。LED稳谱方法具有一定优势,其关键技术是实现LED光脉冲输出的稳定。通过理论分析和实验测试的方法对LED稳谱中的不同驱动方法进行了研究,结果表明恒流脉冲驱动是可行的LED稳谱驱动方法。这对实现LED稳谱具有一定的参考意义。
A problem with NaI -photomuhiplier based gamma detection has been spectrum shift resulted from changes of temperature. Spectrum stabilization method based on light emitting diode (LED) is of obvious pre- ponderance, whose key - technique is to keep the output light of blue LED being constant. Different driving methods for blue LED have been researched by theoretical analysis and experimental testing, and experimental results show that driving circuit of constant current pulse has bette~" performance to drive blue LED for spectrum stabilization. This is valid for the accomplishment of spectrum stabilization of NaI(T1) spectrometer based on LED.
