摘要
选取了炭黑、钛白粉和云母粉三种导电填料分别掺入10%的CNTs一同复合来改性环氧树脂的性能,结果表明,三种填料和CNTs复合后都可以显著提高复合材料抗静电的能力,而适量的炭黑复合碳纳米管和钛白粉复合碳纳米管混合物还可以起到改善环氧树脂复合材料力学性能的作用。研究表明通过多组分复合改性可以得到低成本高性能的环氧树脂材料。
The carbon black, titanium dioxide and mica three conductive filler was added to 10% CNTs to modify epoxy resin performance. The results showed that the composite of three kinds of fillers mixed with CNTs can significantly improve the composite antistatic ability, while the amount of carbon black and titanium dioxide nanotube composite carbon nanotube composite mixture can also serve to improve the mechanical properties of epoxy composites. Low -cost and high -performance epoxy resin material could be got through multi -component composite modified.
