摘要
基于本体论与认识论两种视角,归纳了项目复杂性的不同内涵界定,并对这两种认识观进行了评述。从要素间关系、新事物涌现、与周围环境关系、认知个体信息量四个方面,总结出项目复杂性的特征。对复杂性类型进行了总结,阐述了组织复杂性和技术复杂性这两种复杂性的基本类型。总结出目前复杂性测度中采用的实证、仿真、进度等方法。最后总结了目前研究中存在的不足并提出了展望。
From the two perspectives of ontology and epistemology, this paper summarizes different definitions of project complexity, and then discusses the two perspectives. Secondly, it analyzes the characteristics of project complexity, which are relationship among elements, emergence of new things, surrounding environment and individual＇s amount of information. Thirdly, it identifies different types of project complexity, and then expounds organizational complexity and technological complexity that are the two basic types of project complexity. After that, it reviews the measure methods of project complexity level, which are empirical study, simulation approach, schedule approach and the others. Finally, it discusses the limitations of existing research, and then proposes the future directions of research.
