摘要
双列叶栅对水轮机和水泵水轮机水力性能有着重要影响。本文从工程应用的角度,对导叶双列叶栅的CFD计算方法和结果分析进行了研究,论述了CFD数值结果的分析内容及方法,明确了导叶双列叶栅水力优化的主要参数目标,和对设计结果评判的主要依据。并结合仙居项目水泵水轮机研发工程实例,说明本文所述的方法在导叶双列叶栅水力优化设计中的实用性和对水力性能评判的准确性。
The tandem cascade has an important impact on the hydraulic performance of the turbine and pump-turbine. In this paper, in the point of view of engineering applications, the method of CFD calculation and result analysis of tandem cascade has been studied, and the content and methods of CFD analysis is also discussed, which pointed out the main target parameters of the tandem cascade hydraulic optimization and the main basis for the design results evaluation. Combined with the instance of the Xianju pump-turbine R&D project, it was showed that the methods described herein have the practicality in the tandem cascade hydraulic optimization and the accuracy in the hydraulic performance evaluation.
