摘要
以电磁场有限元分析软件Ansoft为仿真、计算工具,对定子绕组匝间短路故障下发电机电磁转矩的特性进行了分析研究。首先分析了有限元计算电磁转矩的边界求解条件和具体计算方法,然后利用Ansoft软件建立了发电机正常情况及定子绕组匝间短路故障情况下的仿真模型,通过对其运行情况的仿真及数据的后续处理,得到定子绕组匝间短路故障下发电机磁力线分布的变化特征以及匝间短路故障程度对电磁转矩变化的影响。最后分析SDF-9型故障模拟发电机在正常及不同程度匝间短路故障下电磁转矩的变化特征,实验分析结果与理论分析结果基本一致。
The electro-magnetic torque characteristic of generator caused by stator winding inter-turn short circuit fault is analyzed by using finite element analysis software Ansoft. Firstly, the hypothesis and calculation method about generator electromagnetic torque are introduced, then the model for generator in normal condition and stator winding inter-turn short circuit fault is developed, and the simulation is created. Through the subsequent processing, the characteristic of magnetic force line distribution under the fault is summarized and change characteristic of electro-magnetic torque according to degree of the fault is also summarized. At last the electro-magnetic torque of a type SDF-9 generator under normal condition and the fault is measured by using the dynamic simulative experiment and the result coincides with theoretical analysis.
