摘要
为有效推进高校信息化建设进度并保障建设成效,研究专业人才队伍的建设和管理至关重要。在剖析高校信息化专业人才内涵的基础上,深入分析了目前高校信息化专业人才的管理模式,总结了信息化专业人才管理的现状和存在问题,最终提出了针对性建设思路,以强化信息化建设部门的组织地位,强化制度建设,强化技术培训,确保信息化建设工作稳定高效地推进。
In order to promote the construction of campus information effectively and protect the construction effect, it is important to study the construction and management of the professional talents. Based on the analysis of the content of information technology professionals, the current management mode of information technology professionals is analyzed and the status and existing problems are summarized. Some targeted construction idea is proposed to strengthen the organizational status, the system construction, and technical training, so that the information technology can be moved forward stably and efficiently.
