摘要
本文对铌及铌合金的分类、应用,腐蚀机理及其表面防护技术作了介绍。利用表面扩散在铌及铌合金表面渗入Al、Mo等元素、表面处理在其表面形成钝化膜或通过表面涂镀在其表面添加抗氧化涂层等技术能够提高铌及铌合金的表面防护性能。并分析了各项技术在研究及应用中面临的问题。
This paper briefly introduces the classification, application, corrosion mechanism and the surface protective technology of niobium and niobium alloy. By using the method of diffusing AI, Mo into the surface of the niobium and niobium alloy through surface diffusion,forming blunt fdm to its surface by the surface treatment or adding oxidation resistance coating to its surface through the surface plating to enhance the surface protective technology of Nb and Nb alloy. And analyzing the existing problems when those technologies are researched and applied.
