摘要
用溶胶-凝胶法制备V掺杂纳米TiO2粉体。研究温度对纳米粉体晶粒尺寸及晶型转变的影响。用X射线衍射仪对制备的产物进行物相分析。用谢乐公式和Spurr-Myers方法对制备产物的晶粒大小及不同相的相对质量进行分析。研究结果表明:掺杂V能促进TiO2晶粒变大,600℃能明显促进锐钛矿向金红石相转变,而在700℃,当V和Ti摩尔比分别为0.5%、1.0%和1.5%时,反而阻碍了锐钛矿向金红石相转变。
Doped-V TiO2 nano-powders were prepared by sol-gel technique and were heated to study the size and phase transformation of TiO2 nano powders. The crystalline structures were characterized by X-ray diffraction( XRD). The relative contents of various phases and grain sizes were analyzed by Spurr-Myers method and Scherer,respectively. The results show that V dopant increases TiO2 grain sizes. The phase transforms from anatase phase to rutile phase at 600 ℃. The transformation is inhibited when the V and Ti molar ratios are 0. 5%,1. 0%,and 1. 5% respectively at 700 ℃.
