摘要
对国外社会化商务研究文献进行了综述,当前研究集中在社会化电子商务的定义、演化历程、商业模式、平台设计、网站用户接受、用户购买意愿及行为研究等六个方面。总结当前研究的特点,并指出未来值得关注的研究领域及方向。
Based on previous studies, this paper gave a literature review of social commerce. The results indicated that definition, evolu- tion, business model, web design, user acceptance, and user buying intention/behavior were the main research fields of social commerce. The paper summarized the feature of current study on social commerce, and also pointed out its future research work for researchers.
