摘要
为了检测板类构件的缺陷,基于导波在板类构件内传播及其频散特性理论,计算Lamb波的频散曲线,设计了激发Lamb波的斜探头。把多个Lamb波探头布置成圆形阵列,通过搭建的多通道超声数据采集系统对多组信号进行采集,采用椭圆定位算法对板类构件上的人工缺陷进行成像显示,实验表明可有效地辨别出人工缺陷的方向和形状。
To detect the defects in the plates, based on the study of the multi-modes and frequency dispersion of guided wave in the plate, the dispersion curves were got by calculation, and the transducers which can generate lamb wave were designed. Multipie transducers were laid out in circular sensor array, and many groups of signal were rapidly collected through the multi-channel ultrasonic testing and imaging system. The experiment detecting the artificial defects in the plate based on ellipse orientation imaging technique, shows that the system can effectively distinguish the position and orientation of artificial defects from the images.
