磷酸预浸蒸汽爆破玉米秸秆生产纤维素乙醇 被引量:5

摘要 研究了磷酸预浸玉米秸秆经不同温度(190~210℃)蒸汽爆破预处理后生产纤维素乙醇的效果。实验结果表明,磷酸预浸能够加大玉米秸秆中半纤维素在蒸汽爆破过程中的水解程度,从而提高纤维素的酶水解性。玉米秸秆经磷酸预浸后的最佳蒸汽爆破预处理温度为190℃;酶水解获得的葡萄糖产量为0.331 g/g原料,得率为82.7%,与磷酸预浸前的玉米秸秆相比提高了27.2%;经过96 h的同步糖化发酵后,可获得28.3 g/L的乙醇浓度,相当于1 g原料可获得0.164 g乙醇,相比磷酸预浸前的玉米秸秆提高了34.4%。 In this study, steam explosion pretreatment at different temperature (190 ~ 210 ~C) of com straw impregnated by phosphoric acid was investigated. The results showed that phosphoric acid impregnation could enhance the hydrolysis of hemicellulose in steam explosion pretreatment which would further improve enzymatic hydrolysis of cellulose. The appropriate steam explosion pretreatment temperature was at 190 ~C .Glucose yield was 0.331 g per gram of corn straw after enzymatic hydrolysis, 82.7 % of the theoretical yield, increasing by 27.2 % than that without phos- phoric acid impregnation. After 96 h simultaneous saccharification and fermentation, the end ethanol concentration was 28.3 g/L, equal to the yield of 0.164 g ethanol per gram of corn straw, increasing by 34.4 % than that without phosphoric acid impregnation.
