摘要
通过设定不同单因素研究了微波功率、微波处理时间及料液比对葡萄皮花色素提取的影响,采用Design-Expert软件程序的Box-Beknhen的中心组合实验设计,对其提取工艺参数进行了响应面分析优化。利用模型的响应曲面图及等高线图,确定微波辅助提取葡萄皮花色素的最佳工艺参数为提取功率610 W、微波时间124 s和料液比1∶21(g/mL)。在此条件下,葡萄皮花色素的吸光度为0.869,与理论预测值基本吻合。
The effects of microwave power, microwave radiation time and solids to liquid ratio on the extraction of anthocyanidins from grape skins were investigated through the setting of different single factor. Then based on Box-Behnken experimental design of Design-Expert software program, microwave-assisted extraction conditions had been optimized by response surface method. And the optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows by use of the response surface and contour plots drawn for the model: microwave power 610 W, microwave radiation time 124 s and solids to liquid ratio was 1:21 (g/mL). Under the above conditions, the absorbance value of anthocyanidin was 0.869, basically in agree- ment with the theoretically predicted values.
