摘要
评价辅助降血糖功能性牛奶的降血糖功能,采用小鼠腹腔注射四氧嘧啶建立糖尿病动物模型,以添加不同剂量功效成分的脱脂牛奶灌胃给予糖尿病小鼠30 d,分别测定0,30 d时空腹血糖值和30 d时糖耐量。结果表明,功能性牛奶对正常小鼠空腹血糖无影响(p>0.05)。与模型对照组比,高剂量组(125 mL/kg)2 h血糖含量和血糖曲线下面积有显著性差异(p<0.05),依据《保健食品检验与评价技术规范-2003》结果判定,认为功能性牛奶连续喂养30 d后,具有辅助降血糖功能。
The diabetes mice induced by alloxan was used to evaluate the hypoglycemic effects of a kind of functional milk. After irrigating stomach of diabetes mice skim milk with different amounts of functional ingredient for 30 days, the fasting blood glucose was determined on day 0 and 30, while glucose tolerance level was determined on day 30. The results showed that the functional milk for blood sugar regulation has no effect to reach the face to face regular small rat on an empty stomach (p〉 0.05). And there were significant differences between the high dosages given the functional milk and model group mice on the levels of 2-hour biood glucose, glucose area under curve (p〈0.05). According to J2003 checking and appraising a technical code on health-care foodI decides ,the functional milk for blood sugar regulation has auxiliary reduced blood sugar function on animal experiment result masculine gender after 30 d feeding in a row.
