摘要 介绍6×37(b)类钢丝绳用作插编索扣制作过程,总结钢丝绳插编索扣对钢丝绳质量性能的特殊要求。分析6×37(b)类钢丝绳股丝松散的原因,提出采取减小股绳的捻距、加强股绳机械矫直和捻绳时股预变形等措施,以减小钢丝绳捻制过程中产生的捻制应力。在实际生产中以股绳的扭力大小和表面温度来衡量捻制应力和钢丝残余应力的减少程度,使钢丝和股充分产生塑性变形,减小弹性变形所产生的变形能,从而解决插编索扣用钢丝绳股及股中钢丝不松散的问题。 Abstract To introduce the operation process of 6 × 37 (b) type steel wire rope for sliced eye termination, and summarize spliced eye termination' s special requirement for steel wire rope' s quality performance. To analyze 6 × 37 (b) type steel wire rope' s loose reason, and raise to reduce measures of reducing strand' s lay length, strengthening strand rope machine' s straightening and strand performing as rope twisting, reducing twist stress produced during steel wire rope' s twisting production. In the actual production, to judge the reducing level of twist sress and steel wire' s residual stress by strand rope' s twisting level and surface temperature, make steel wire and strand to bring elastic deformation, and reduce the deformation energy caused by elastic deformation, and then solved the unloose problems of spliced eye termination steel wire rope strand and steel wire in its strand.
