本文简要介绍了海藻酸钠的来源和应用,首先讲述了海藻酸钠作为增稠剂、稳定剂在食品领域的应用以及在医学、农业、纺织工业、功能食品等领域的具体应用,通过海藻酸钠制取的其他海藻酸盐也具备多种应用价值。
This paper briefly introduced the origin and application of sodium alginate. First, tell about the application of sodium alginate as thickener and stabilizer on food field as well as in medicine, agriculture, textile industry, functional food field, other alginates that produced by sodium alginate also have a variety of applications.
