摘要
在对浙江4所高校调查的基础上,通过所作的描述性、相关性和主成分分析,探究了地方高校学生评教有效性影响因素的作用强弱、相互关系及其作用机制,并从学生评教的指标设计、数据处理和结果使用等方面提出了改进建议。实践证明,它有利于提升学生评教的有效性。
Through a survey on four local universities in Zhejiang province, through descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and principal components analysis, the paper explores the effectiveness factors of local college student evaluation of teaching, in terms of function, interrelation, and its mechanism. Suggestions are given to improve the evaluation effectiveness in practice from the point of index desing, data processing and result application.
