摘要
汽车起重机水平液压缸是汽车起重机在进行吊载作业前、后完成支腿水平伸缩的执行元件,在使用中因其承受载荷不大且不经常动作,故出现漏油现象时不易被引起重视。水平液压缸的失效将直接导致汽车起重机无法正常收展及起重工作。该文对汽车起重机水平液压缸常出现的故障进行分类及原因分析,总结出其失效模式。主要是从漏油方面,然后从多个角度分析故障产生的原因及解决措施。
The horizontal hydraulic cylinder of Auto-crane is an implement to spread or retract the legs before and after the lifting upload job. Because of the lesser load and movement, the oil leakage cannot be catch seriously attention easily. The failure of horizontal hydraulic cylinder will directly lead to that unable to lifting work of Auto-crane. This paper sums up the failure modes through classify the faults and analyze causes. And then, from different points, analyze the reasons and solution for the failures of horizontal hydraulic cylinder, mainly from the oil leakage.
