摘要
目的进一步加强本院临床学科的建设,提高专科特色水平。方法运用Delphi法和专家会议法筛选评估指标,融合精细化管理理念,确定评估指标的权重系数。结果本文临床学科评估指标体系包括思想政治、人才梯队、为部队服务、医疗工作、教学水平以及科研工作等5个一级指标、23个二级指标、68个三级指标的评估指标体系,囊括了学科建设的各个方面。结论此评估指标体系的建立,对本院开展临床学科评估工作,明确学科发展方向具有重要指导意义。
Objective In order to strengthen the clinical discipline construction of hospital and enhance the level of therapy.Methods Using Delphi method and expert consultation method,fusing the concept of refined management,the assessment indexes and weight coefficient of each index were determined.Results The system included ideology and politics,research team,serving for soldiers,medical treatment,teaching work and scientific research,which covered 5 first-class（primary） indexes,23 second-class indexes and 68 three-class indexes.Conclusions The construction of clinical evaluation system,in our hospital,had vital significance to determine the bearings of clinical discipline development.
