摘要
总结91例COPD患者无创机械通气依从性的影响因素及护理对策。通过对COPD患者无创机械通气的观察,发现患者因认知、心理因素、不耐受、不舒适、医务人员因素和家庭因素等造成依从性差而影响治疗效果。护理人员应提高专业及道德素养,及时针对患者不同原因采取相应的护理对策,提高患者的依从性。认为无创机械通气治疗COPD患者疗效显著,但患者依从性与无创机械通气的顺利进行以及治疗效果密切相关,提高患者的依从性是护理的关键。
To summarize the compliance factors and nursing countermeasures of non-invasive mechanical ventilation in 91 COPD patients. Through the observation of non-invasive mechanical ventilation in patients with COPD, we found that cognitive and psychologi- cal factors, intolerance, discomfort, medical staff and family factors can result in poor cmnpliauce and treatment el＇feet. Nurses should improve the professional and moral qualities and timely countermeasures take the appropriate care for patients with difl＇ercnt reasons, to improve patient compliance. We believe that the efficacy of non-invasive mechanical ventilation in patients with COPD is signiccant, but patient compliance is closely related to the non-invasive mechanical ventilation and carried out smoothly, and the therapeutic effect, so improving the compliance of patients is the key to care.
