摘要
为了提高残次红枣的综合利用,在单因素试验的基础上采用二次回归正交旋转组合设计方法研究超声处理时间、液料比、提取温度3个因素对红枣多酚提取率的影响。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为超声处理时间20 min,液料比16∶1,提取温度66℃,在此最佳提取条件下多酚提取率为0.76%。
In order to improve the comprehensive utilization value of inferior jujube,this paper reports the optimization of conditions for the ultrasonic-assisted extraction of polyphenols from jujube.Based on single-factor experiments,the effects of ultrasonic-assisted extraction time,liquid/solid ratio and extraction temperature on extraction yield of jujube polyphenols are investigated.Further,the process parameters are optimized using quadratic orthogonal rotation combination design.The optimal extraction conditions are determined as follows:ultrasonic-assisted extraction time 20 min,liquid/solid ratio 16∶1 and extraction temperature 66 ℃.Under the optimal conditions,the extraction yield of jujube polyphenols is 0.76%.
