摘要
采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对淮安市售的生鲜乳中抗生素残留情况进行了分析。样品采用乙酸乙酯提取,提取液浓缩至近干,用正己烷-氯仿(体积比1∶1)溶解残渣,经孔径0.45μm滤膜过滤后进样检测,与标准品比较定性定量,结果显示生鲜乳中检出氯霉素。此方法具有处理简单,检测快速,准确的特点。
The antibiotics residual in the raw fresh milk in Huaian market was detected by HPLC. The samples were extracted with ethyl acetate. The extraction was concentrated nearly to dryness. Hexane - chloroform (ratio was 1 : 1) was used to resolve the residue. The mixture was filtered through a millipore membrane filter with an average pore diameter of 0.45μm; quantified and qualified by compared with standard sample. Chloramphenicol (CAP) was detected in the raw fresh milk. The experiment results showed that HPLC is an effective and simple method to determine antibiotic residues in raw fresh milk.
