摘要
主要对国家标准GB/T 5009.182—2003中的第5章进行了方法改进。将粉碎均匀的试样,用体积浓度1%的稀硫酸溶液进行超声波萃取后,离心过滤,取滤液在多元配合物显色体系中显色测定。在国家标准的基础上探讨了试样前处理方法的改进,简化了操作程序,降低了试剂基体干扰,提高了检测效率,达到了面粉制品的铝含量检测要求。加标回收率在90.3%~100.3%之间,精密度0.42%~2.28%,准确度相对偏差的绝对值小于5%。
The method of the fifth chapter in the national standard GB/T 5009.182 - 2003 was improved in this paper t11, the samples were crushed evenly, ultrasonic extraction in 1% dilute sulfuric acid, centrifugal filtration, an aliquot of filtrate chromogenic assay in Complex color system. This paper discussed the improvement of pretreatment method, simplified procedures, reduced reagent matrix interference, improved the eciency of testing, and met the flour products detection requirements of the aluminum content. The values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 90.3% ~ 100.3%, the precision was 0.42% - 2.28%, absolute value of the Accuracy Relative deviation is less than 5%.
