摘要
目的对红豆杉中具有抗氧化活性的成分进行综述。方法以近年来国内外发表的文献以及构效关系分析为依据,阐述红豆杉中具有或可能具有抗氧化活性的成分。结果总结了红豆杉中7种具有抗氧化的活性成分:7-Deacetyl-taxine、5-Cinnamoyloxy-taxin、quercetin(槲皮素)、hesperetin(橙皮素)、sciadopitysin(金松双黄酮)、Isotaxiresinol(异紫杉脂素)和Isolariciresinol(异落叶松醇),并根据构效关系分析推测出五类应该具有抗氧化作用的成分。结论红豆杉抗氧化成分具有进一步研究和开发的重要价值。
OBJECTIVE To summarize the research progress on antioxidative components of Chinese yew. METHODS On the basis of published documents and analysis of structure-activity relationship, we elaborated the chemical components that have or should have antioxidative effect from Chinese yew. RESULTS We summa- rized seven components including 7-Deacetyl-taxine, 5-Cinnamoyloxy-taxin, quercetin, hesperetin, sciadopitysin, Iso- taxiresinol and Isolariciresinol which have antioxidative activities. And according to the results of SAR, we predicted five structral types of compounds which should have antioxidative effect. CONCLUSION The antioxidative compo- nents of Chinese yew are worthy of further study and development.
