摘要
本文的研究范围是对采用当地的旧报纸/旧杂志纸漂白脱墨浆作为化机浆的增强配浆来生产新闻纸进行评估。对当地的旧报纸/旧杂志纸按三种不同的比率进行取样后重新打浆、脱墨和过氧化氢漂白,采用DTPA和EDTA分别作为螯合剂。获得的最好的脱墨浆与长纤维(LF)浆和当地的化机浆混合,确定了制备的手抄片的强度和光学性能。结果表明采用EDTA的漂白脱墨浆可以将配比提高到30%,与化机浆和长纤维浆混合,减少长纤维浆的消耗。EDTA的结果更好些,化学性能和机械性能的结果都比DTPA好。EDTA对于强度性能的影响机理有助于防止过氧化氢分解,因此在漂白段可以改良更多的木质素,从而获得更好的强度性能。
The scope of this study was the assessment of using local ONP/OMG bleached DIP as a reinforcement in the CMP furnish for newsprint production. Samples of local ONP/OMG at three levels of missing ratios were re-pulped, deinked and bleached with H202, using DTPA and EDTA separately as the chelatin agent. The best obtained deinked pulps were then mixed with long fiber (LF) and local CMP pulps, and the strength and optical properties of the prepared handsheets were determined. The results showed that the bleached DIP using EDTA could be satisfactorily used up to 30 percent in mixing with CMP and long fiber pulps to reduce the LF consumption. EDTA could make better results, both optically and mechanically, than DTPA. The mechanism of EDTA effect on the strength properties may be attributed to its effect on helping protect more H202 against decomposition and thus, making more lignin modifying in the bleaching stage, which consequently leads to better strength properties.
