摘要
主要研究了380 t级30Cr2Ni4MoV钢大型钢锭的铸造缺陷状况。通过对水口部位解剖材料进行金相分析,掌握了钢锭铸造缺陷的类型及形貌。实验结果表明,30Cr2Ni4MoV钢大型钢锭的典型铸造缺陷主要表现为非金属夹杂物和粗大晶粒,缺陷尺寸达到毫米级别。此外,在水口材料的显微组织中还观察到了不同程度的缩孔和疏松。
The casting defects of 380tlevel 30Cr2Ni4MoV heavy ingot are researched in the paper. The type and morphology of casting defects are obtained by metallographic analysis of the materials dissected from the casting nozzle. The experimental results show that the typical casting defects of 30Cr2Ni4MoV heavy ingot are millimeter level non- metallic inclusions and coarse grains. Moreover, various degrees of shrinkage cavities and porosities can he observed in the microstructure of nozzle material.
