摘要
文章介绍了南车资阳机车有限公司针对地铁调车机车上使用的密接式车钩连挂装置的结构设计,解决了密接式车钩在连挂时由于车钩向下倾斜,导致连挂不平稳、车钩高度调整困难以及在过65 m小曲线时密接式车钩装置与被连挂车辆容易发生干涉的问题,并进行了运动干涉分析、强度分析,以确保产品的安全性和可靠性。
This paper presents the structure design of tightlock coupler coupling device for metro shunting locomotives by CSR Ziyang Co.,Ltd. It solves some shortcomings of the tightlock coupler when coupling,such as unstab|e coupling,difficulty of coupler height adjustment,and interference happened between tightlock coupler device and coupling vehicle when through the 65 m curve track,because of downward sloping of coupler. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the product, motion analysis and strength analysis methods are used in the design process.
