摘要
对压电双晶片式管内移动机构进行了振动解析。首先利用分割设计法对机构进行了初步设计 ,然后利用有限元法进行了具体设计解析。通过对机构固有振型的研究 ,发现两种振动模态能够产生驱动作用 ,且叶片与基板的夹角对这两种模态的振动频率有一定影响。设计制作了试验机构 ,通过试验验证了 2个共振频率点的存在。
Vibration analysis on in pipe locomotive mechanism with piezoelectric bimorth is done.Firstly,we design its basic structure using segment design method;Secondly,using FEM method make particular design;while we analyze its vibration mode,two vibration modes that can bring into driving function are discovered.And the angle betwwen lamina and plate has some influence on its resonance frequency.Lastly,the prototypes are fabricated;the experimental results prove the existence of these two resonance frequencies.
