摘要
:提出一种在组件级测量加速度计零偏的新方法。该方法适用于三轴加速度计组合 ,测试过程不需要精密转台或分度头、对夹具和测试基准无特殊要求 ,采用三位置测试方案 ,组成无须精度取向。文中建立了加速度计误差检测的解析基准 ,推导了校正公式 ,方法简便实用 ,特别适合于装机后的现场标定 ,但并不以损失标定精度为代价。模拟结果表明 ,加速度计零偏标定误差主要由标度因数误差和安装失准角引起 ,在位置转角大于 30°时 ,标定误差小于 30 %。
The bias is the most important error source of piezoelectric accelerometer and inertial navigation system will be much benefited from an accurate in vehicle calibration which is very difficult to be done with common methods as used in laboratory because of the lacks of turntable,test datum and instruments.This paper presents a good solution to that problem under the accelerometer triad circumstances.An analytical(or mathematical)datum is set up to separate biases from accelerometer outputs and the calibration algorithm is derived.The simulation results under three position test condition show that the bias uncertainties of acceelerometer triad decrease less to 30% which is inducted by the factor errors and the triad misalignment angles.
