摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定硝酸咪康唑栓中硝酸咪康唑含量。方法采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以甲醇-乙腈-1.5%醋酸铵溶液(40∶40∶20)为流动相;流速为1.0 mL/min;检测波长为230 nm。结果硝酸咪康唑进样量在0.502 5~8.04μg范围内呈良好的线形关系,r=0.999 9。回收率为99.46%,RSD为0.72%。结论本法准确可靠、灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于硝酸咪康唑含量的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of miconazole nitrate in miconazole nitrate suppository with HPLC.Methods The HPLC conditions were as follow: Diamonsil C18 column(200 mm × 4.6 mm,5μm).Mobile phase: Mixture of merhanol,acetonitrile and 1.5% solution of ammonium acetate(40:40:20),the flowrate was 1.0 mL/min,detective wavelength: 230 nm.Results The linear range was good in the range of 0.502 5 ~8.04 μg,the average recovery rate was 99.46% and RSD was 0.72%.Conclusion The HPLC method is accurate and reliable,sensitive,reproducible.It fits the content determination of miconazole nitrate suppository.
