摘要
陕西工业职业技术学院尝试与企业共建“校中厂、厂中校”校企合作模式，通过实践探索，建立了“校企合作、工学结合”人才培养体系、以能力为本位的专业课程体系和社会服务体系，实践证明”校中厂、厂中校”模式是一种创新的校企合作人才培养模式。
Shaanxi Polytechnic Institute has tried to establish plants in collges and colleges in plants＇college - plant cooperation mode. By practice, three systems of college - plant cooperation and combination of work and studytal- ents cultivation system, competency -based curriculum system and social service system have been established. It turns out that the new mode is significantly practical.
