摘要
为了满足太阳能-浅层地热能复合能源系统的实验研究要求,开发了太阳能-浅层地热能复合能源系统监控平台。下位机采用SIMATIC S7-300 PLC可编程控制器实现现场温度、压力、流量、功率和电能等信息的实时采集和热泵机组、水泵和电磁阀等设备的自动控制。上位机采用西门子可组态软件WINCC编程,通过TCP/IP协议获取三星DMS服务器热泵机组的信息,并通过Profibus现场总线与下位机实时通信,实现太阳能-浅层地热能复合能源系统的远程动态监控、历史数据查询和数据报表输出等功能。该实验平台共包括地源热泵系统、太阳能辅助地源热泵系统和太阳能蓄热系统,功能全面、开放性强,能满足创新探索型实验教学的需要,为大学生创新训练计划、研究生培养和教师课题研究等提供高水平研究平台。
The monitoring platform of solar-shallow geothermal energy compound energy system is developed according to the requirements of researches in the field of solar-shallow geothermal energy compound system.The SIMATIC S7-300 PLC programmable controllers is adopted as the lower computer,to real-time collect the field information such as temperature,pressure,flow,power and energy et al,and control the field devices such as heat pump unit,water pump and solenoid valve et al.The host computer adopts Siemens configuration software WINCC to program.It acquires the information of heat pump unit by Samsung DMS server with TCP/IP protocol,and communicates with the lower computer via Profibus fieldbus,which can realize the functions of remote dynamic monitoring,historical data query and data report output et al.The experimental platform consists of three operating conditions of ground source heat pump system,solar assisted ground source heat pump system and solar thermal storage system.It has the features of fully function and strongly open,and can meet the needs of innovative exploration experiment teaching.It provides a high level research platform for innovative training of college students,graduate students education,and teachers in subject research.
