摘要
目的:采用matlab语言,运用统计学方法实现CT密度分辨力的自动检测,并将其结果与目测法进行相关性研究。方法:图像数据通过扫描美国体模实验室Catphan 500体模获得,并运用图像处理技术和统计学方法完成密度分辨力的自动检测,采用pearson系数与目测法结果进行相关分析。结果:CT密度分辨力的自动检测系统简单实用,人工干预少,客观性强,与目测法结果具有很强的一致性。结论:CT密度分辨力自动检测方法的研制成功证明了数字化检测方法的可行性,为CT远程质量控制工作打下基础。
Objective: To implement automatic detection of CT low contrast resolution based on Matlab and statistical method, and to study correlation of the results from automatic detection and visual method. Methods: The image was obtained by scanning the Catphan 500 phantom designed by the United states laboratory and then the low contrast resolution of the scanning image was detected automatically with image processing and statistical method, finally the pearson correlation coefficient was analyzed. Results: The automatic detection system for CT low contrast, with few artificial intervention, convenience and strong obiectivity, had highly consistent results with the visual method. Conclusion: The feasibility of digital detection and the foundation of CT remote quality control are proved.
