摘要
高校图书馆期刊室的读者服务工作中存在的不足和弊端,影响着服务质量,制约着期刊文献资源的开发和利用。根据时代发展的要求和读者的需求,应改革期刊室的服务模式,采取多种措施,开创期刊室读者服务工作的新局面。
The service for the readers in the periodical room of higher learning institutions has shortcomings, which affect the service quality and restrict the development and utilization of periodical literature resources. In order to meet the demands of the times and readers, the service type in the periodical reading room should be reformed and various measures should be taken to open up a new aspect of the service for the readers.
