摘要
针对珠江河口管理范围内某一涉水港口码头项目,经防洪分析与评价,该工程存在施工期临时防洪措施标准偏低、结构单薄,副码头港池工程占用规划河涌与出口挡潮闸、排涝泵站用地等防洪影响问题,防洪评价报告提出了相应的补救措施,以降低工程影响,并开展了专题设计。该工程是防洪评价补救的典型案例,经简要介绍供同类型工程参考。
This paper is aiming at a wading port project within the Pearl River estuary administrative scope. The analysis and evaluation of flood control has shown that many factors in the project have had influenced the flood control condition, including the low standard of the temporary flood control measures during the construction period, the thin structure, the occupation of the planned river and outlet sluice by the assistant dock engineering, the drainage pumping station land and etc. The flood control evaluation report has put forward the corresponding remedial measures, in order to reduce the engineering effect and carried out the special design. The project is a typi- cal case of remedy in flood control evaluation. The brief introduction in this paper can be reference for the same type of projects.
